By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

-Commissions are not first come first serve. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason and am not obligated to elaborate as to why.-Prices are to be discussed before beginning the commission.-Complexity may change the total cost. It is up to you to figure out your budget.-Payment is due after receiving a rough sketch of your piece that you are satisfied with, I will not continue until after payment has been received.-Unless previously discussed, my art is for non-profit uses only. You are not allowed to resell, edit, or pass off my artwork as your own.- Commissions are NOT to be used as NFTs nor are they to be used for or alongside AI images.-You may repost your own commission, with proper credit. This includes sites such as toyhou.se or Twitter. You do not need to ask to use your commission as a profile picture.Thank you

Time to complete a commission varies with complexity. Estimated time to complete can be anywhere from over 24 hours to a week.Please be patient if your art takes longer than expected. If you ever need an update, feel free to ask!When commissioning please have a reference for your character, whether this is a collection of images, or made through a character creator, such as Picrew. While purely text based references are not preferred, additional information through text is encouraged.Please have a rough idea of what pose you would like, reference is encouraged, no matter if it's a stick figure, or a photograph. This helps speed up the process. Reference does not need to be exact, and multiple can be used.

NSFW COMMISSIONS

To commission any NSFW or lewd art you must be 18 or over and able to provide some form of proof if asked.While I am comfortable drawing plenty of things, please respect if I say I am unable or uncomfortable drawing certain fetishes or kinks.I will not draw anything illegal. This includes but is not limited to; incest, bestiality, and pedophilia.I will not age up any underaged characters unless their media has already done so to make them over the age of 18.I will not draw real people without their given consent.I will not draw someone else’s original character without their given consent.
